This postcard is much older than the 1929 postmark. It depicts the Golden Cross pub which closed in 1921 and is a collotype which would have become increasingly rare after the First World War. Other cards from this "Country Series" by Alfred Savage are dated 1909. In particular 19090804-AlbertPark is numbered 3302, and this card is numbered 3307.
