Not 100% sure of the recipient, but a Florence A Carpenter lived at 3 Bedford Park according to the 1901 census. She was married to Arthur B Carpenter, a doctor. A second possibility is her daughter Annie who was unmarried and living at the property in 1901 but was not present in 1911. The card appears to have been sold by WH Hooke, and the photograph appears to be taken by Frith's (45202) who date it to 1900. Duplicate of 19010717-AbingdonWrench186
