Unless the stamp was removed very carefully, this card appears to be addressed but unposted. The "printed in saxony" printed on the reverse of the card means that this is almost certainly pre-1914. Other Wrench cards I've collected are from the very early part of the 1900s. This is likely an early divided card. The 1891 and 1901 census show a Hilda G Hillier (b. 1891) living at this address.
