Valentine's registers date this photograph to a series of six photographs of Abingdon taken in 1907. It's not clear when the card itself is from, but the view does appear to become popular in later cards. The view depicts St. Helen's church as well as the back of "The Malthouse" at 60 East St Helen Street. The building was extensively remodelled around 1900 but parts of the building probably date back to the 16th century.
