Tentatively identified as published by Walker and Co as it uses the same photograph as 19050324-StHelensfromTheBridge. It could of course be another publisher using the same image. Someone appears to have brushed over the river to give the photo a bit more atmosphere although it's unclear to me if it's meant to be ripples in the water, mist or algae :-).
