The Heraldic Series of Postcards FSO, are commonly and tentatively attributed to Alfred Savage Ltd. I believe they may in fact be published by Frank Smith of High Street, Oxford. He advertises such a range of postcards in 1906, and posted examples of other cards in the series are commonly seen with dates around 1907-1910.
