Dated sometime between 1905 and 1912 when F. Wallis Horn was in business at 4 East St Helen Street. He was originally the manager of the Abingdon branch of the "Oxford automobile and cycle agency" which was an early venture of William Morris between 1902 and 1904, operating from 11 Ock Street. He then briefly appears to have gone into partnership with an Arthur Norman at East St Helen Street until 1905, before setting out on his own. In late 1912 the contents of his shop were up for auction, and I can find no further mention of the business. The card appears to be a generic one - real photo cards with a star in the stamp placement appear to be very common across eBay.
