From Herbert William Carter (b. 1881) to his daughter Norah Lilian Carter (b. 1910), both listed at this address in the 1911 and 1921 census. I wonder who Jack was? A cat? Although posted in 1918, other cards in this series appear posted around 1909 and it's highligh unlikely that this card would have been produced during wartime.
