From Robert Jon Thomas Crisp (b. 1894) son of Robert and Matilda Crisp, who were listed at this address in the 1911 census. In 1912 the fair would have been on the 7th and 8th of October, so it seems highly likely that this photograph was taken on one of those days. See also 19120807-AbingdonFair which strongly implies that it would have been the 7th of October.
