The 1911 census shows a Kathleen Alice Balston born 1884 and living at this address. She is listed as a Dressmaker. The letter is posted from Lizzie. This card's serial number dates the photograph to 1907 in Valentine's Registers although I'm a little uncertain as I've seen (but not collected) similar but different cards with the same title and similar view.
