The 1911 Census has a Joseph (b. 1880) and Annie Alder (b. 1884 Wittenham) living at 15 Radley Road. In the 1901 census I can find an Annie Thatcher (b. 1884 in Long Wittenham) working as a domestic servant at a different address in Oxford.
