This postcard looks like an Edwardian wedding of an older couple. The name on the back reads Mr Mrs Winter (possibly Winters). I can find only two weddings in the name of Winter between 1903-1913 and within 10 miles of Abingdon. A Charles Alfred Winter (aged 30) in Cholsey, a Charles Smith (aged 40) in Drayton. The groom in the photo is probably closer to 40 than 30, and Drayton is closer to Abingdon, so I suspect this is the wedding of Charles Smith Winter and Annie Esther Harris on 10th June 1908. The 1911 census has them living at The Wheatsheaf with a Widowed Martha Rust born 1837. The Swindon Advertiser of Friday October 6 1911 reports Martha's death on Monday the 2nd, and explains that Martha was Annie's mother. Circumstantially, this matches with the older woman positioned on the bride's side of the photo but with no candidate for her father present.
