The 1911 census lists a Marion and Gertrude Biddle living at 19 Isis Street, Oxford. Both have the occupation of Telephone Operator. The card might be sent to one of these sisters. According to the Faringdon Advertiser, Saturday January 14th 1905, the engine arrived "on Saturday Evening" and "paraded the town" on Monday evening.
