This is an example of an early non-picture postcard, with a pre-printed stamp. This is a typical Victorian postcard. I believe this was sent from Ernest J Shaw, who was living in Bromley in 1881. His father, James T Shaw was partner in W.H Shaw and Sons of Limerick and Cork. This company is still in business as "Shaws Sweets".
